We provide you with 24-hour support to assist you during your holiday, led by an experienced and caring team. Staff are all DBS checked and have a wealth of expertise working with adults with disabilities who are away from their home environment.

Yes, all trips and activities listed in the holiday description are included in the price of the holiday.
Yes, if you are travelling abroad. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you return from your holiday.
If you are travelling by air or boat within the UK, Ireland or the Channel Islands, you will need a passport or valid ID.
All guests will need to arrange their own individual travel insurance.
It is compulsory to have travel insurance if you are travelling abroad or on a cruise ship. If you are going on a cruise ship, your insurance must include cruise travel.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for holidays in the UK, should you need to cancel your holiday.
Yes, all our staff hold enhanced DBS checks.
You will need spending money for anything you wish to buy (such as souvenirs) or for optional activities on your holiday that you wish to participate in.
We always do our best to source holidays that are wheelchair accessible. However; there may be occasions when this is not possible – please call for advice.
We can arrange for you to be picked up from your home (additional cost applies) depending on your location and our availability. There will also be central pick-up locations at no extra cost.
Yes, we can arrange support for personal care with prior notice at an additional cost.
Staff have received training in medication systems such as MDS. We can support with prompting and also remind you to take your medication independently when required, but we cannot physically administer it. You will need to arrange for medically trained staff (such as the district nurse) to administer your medication if required. This would be at your own expense and with prior consent.
